Needed: GoodX Career Academy Shadowing Opportunity

Dear valued Client,

GoodX wants to take hands with you to give back to our communities.

GoodX receives two types of requests:

1. The unemployed and young people finishing high school enquiring about training to upskill for employment in the healthcare industry; and
2. Clients enquiring about skilled people for job opportunities in their practices  - people with industry knowledge and know-how to work with GoodX Software.

To accommodate both needs, GoodX created the GoodX Career Academy to upskill the young and unemployed and to provide a talent bank of successful candidates. The program comprises the following phases:

Phase 1 - completing the GoodX Career Academy course covering the following topics:

• Introduction to Healthcare Practice Management
• Softskills in a Healthcare Practice
• Foundational computer literacy
• Introducing GoodX Software & the Online Learning Centre
• Look & Learn: a video series and learning by completing simulations of the software
• How do I prepare for & present myself in an interview?

Phase 2 - job shadowing at a GoodX healthcare practice - the candidate signs a non-disclosure agreement with the practice, and the practice can choose a candidate based on a video introduction of themselves.

Phase 3 - entry into the GoodX Career Academy Talent Bank.
