Automated Financial Year-end for 2026

Financial year-end is a busy time of the year, but GoodX has designed a streamlined .and efficient process to make it hassle-free. This year, we are again offering an automated financial year-end feature to ensure a smooth transition for you.

 

This automated process will finalise your financial year-end at midnight on 28 February 2026. As a result, you can generate patient invoices as usual on 1 March 2026, without disrupting your financial records.

Important Notice:

  • Signing up for the automated financial year-end means you are still responsible for generating your own financial reports. This function only closes the current financial year and opens a new one.

How to Sign Up:

To request the automated financial year-end, complete the survey below and select "Yes." Once processed, the system will automatically perform the year-end each year.
If you do not sign up for the automated year-end, you remain responsible for manually completing your financial year-end procedures. ​

Outomatiese Finansiële Jaareinde vir 2026

Die finansiële jaareinde kan 'n besige tyd wees, maar GoodX het 'n doeltreffende en eenvoudige proses ontwikkel om dit makliker te maak. Hierdie jaar bied ons weer ‘n outomatiese finansiële jaareinde vir ‘n gladde oorgang.

Hierdie outomatisering sal jou finansiële jaareinde op 28 Februarie 2026, om middernag voltooi. Jy sal dus op 1 Maart 2026 soos normaal pasiëntfakture kan genereer sonder enige onderbrekings in jou finansiële rekords.
Belangrike Kennisgewing:

  • Deur vir die outomatiese finansiële jaareinde in te teken, bly jy steeds verantwoordelik vir jou eie finansiële verslae. Hierdie funksie sluit net die huidige finansiële jaar af en open 'n nuwe een.

Hoe Om Op Te Teken:

Vul asseblief die opname hieronder in en kies "Ja" om die outomatiese finansiële jaareinde te aktiveer. Sodra dit verwerk is, sal die proses elke jaar outomaties plaasvind.

As jy nie vir die outomatiese jaareinde inteken nie, bly jy verantwoordelik om jou finansiële jaareinde self te voltooi.

Hierdie opname is slegs geldig tot 27 Februarie 2026.
